RV Lifestyle Thoughts
So I had an issue where my electric cord and surge protector at the RV park’s electric hub. Thankfully, I have solar, so I did not have to go without power for long when I ordered new ones. I’m not sure what happened. I assume an issue at the hub, as the surge protector and cord melted. But the RV park made it seem like it was an issue with me having to use too much power. The 30-amp connection on the hub stopped working as well. So I had to buy a little converter for the 50-amp side so I could plug my 30-amp cord into it. Not a huge deal, but I was not impressed with how the RV park handled the situation.
Yet that was the first bad experience I have had at this park in the last 10 months of living here. So not the end of the world, so to speak. But besides that, nothing too crazy to report for this month. We also had snow here in AL, which is super rare. It was cool seeing snow in a place that never sees snow. But it also made me realize I would probably never want to RV in a place with snow lol. Fun for a day or two, but after that, not so much.
It’s just another month in the RV adventure life.
In case you missed it, here is last month’s breakdown. Keep on the journey and path!
