    November Net Worth 2019

    November 27, 2019

November is coming to a close so it’s that time of the month for my monthly net worth update!

Hoping this was my last big spend month for awhile. I had some amazing adventures this month with my partner. I started to try barefoot hiking and so far I love it!

    Income

This month I made $6,435. Now $38 of that was from Home Depot as I took back an item I bought there.

    Expenses

Expenses total right at $6,514. I had a few huge big cash flow items this month. The first one being registering my RV at the cost of $2,000. The second being I decided to buy a new Macbook Pro laptop for $800. There are a few other big items that have not hit this graph yet like my $500 generator for the RV and $406 I just paid early for my insurance for the next 6 months. I also had to pick up more parts for my solar setup for the RV.

    Savings

This month I saved $2,300 which is right around a 35% savings rate.  My savings rate has dropped since moving to SD. While this seems high remember I spent a ton of the cash I saved this month. So really this is kind of a moot point. Yet I’m excited that this should start to increase a shit ton starting in December.

    • $2,300 Savings

    Net Worth: $208,844

This is where it gets a little sticky now. My net worth posted on Personal Capital in the sleek graph below is wrong. Still, have some of that crypto that would not link to Personal Capital. I got paid early due to the holiday so this is why I’m using November 26 as my date for this write-up.

That is a +$5,622 gain since last month’s net worth update for October was $203,222.

I do all my crypto investing through Coinbase

    Final Thoughts

This month was another big spend month which really had been getting to me mentally. Even though I see my net worth growing it just sucks to personally spend so much money when I’m a big time saver. But I know the big-spending now will accelerate my wealth building in the months to come. I can’t wait to see my cash flow once I move out of my apartment! It’s going to be sweet increasing my savings rate in an HCOL area and just have another experience of living full time in a camper to write about. I’m less than a week away from full-time RV living! I’m excited and scared all at the same time. I’m planning to start writing more on here as well but nothing to regiment as I’m loving writing when I’m inspired to and to share my journey with everyone. This month I have really started to get into barefoot hiking. It honestly is an incredible experience for me. So far I went on two barefoot hikes with many more to come.

My favorite free tool I use to manage my net worth is Personal Capital.
