Another month and I’m still inching my way closer to FIRE! Stay consistent and keep investing like it’s going out of style.
Income
This month I made $7,148.
Expenses
Expenses total right at $2,935.
Savings
This month I saved $5,894 which is right around a 65% savings rate.

Side Hustle
Side Hustle Income: $468
This month I had a coaching session and some freelance work. I also am now earning interest in my crypto. Not sure if I count that as a side hustle though. Plus I started a new side hustle. I now do DoorDash! In two days I have made $58.25. But not counting it on this month’s side hustle income. They will pay me next week so you will see it on May’s income.
Net Worth: $416,268
That is a +$32,441 gain since last month’s net worth update for March was $383,827
This is where it gets a little sticky now. My net worth posted on Personal Capital in the sleek graph below is wrong. Still, have some of that crypto that would not link to Personal Capital.
I love using Personal Capital to track my Wealth.
Final Thoughts
Another huge gain for my wealth domination journey. I can see my wealth growing a little faster going forward. Because I have optimized my crypto accounts to earn interest for it to just sit there. About two week I made $50. What is unique about this is that it’s paid in more crypto.

What we found is a good deal on 8 acres of land in the beautiful area of Ramona. It’s a small town vibe where all the best hikes are here in San Diego. I’m hoping by the time this article posts I will be a owner of 8 acres. The hacking part is pretty incredible so much so I will be writing about it in a separate post.
Let’s just say how I am buying it and living on it takes financial hacks to a new level.
As I type this post I am just waiting on a few more loose ends on this land. Closing date is May 14th but hoping to close early on it.

Life
Getting into nature and enjoying the moments is what I value. As you can probably tell by now if you follow my journey. That is why we go out and hike so much. Plus the dogs love adventures as well!
Don’t overcomplicate things in your life. People tend to overcomplicate so much of their lives that they are always having bad days. Life is beautiful be thankful you are alive and in a position you are.

Fitness
No gym, weights, or fancy gear for over a year! I’m literally slaying this fitness routine. It’s Fun, Simple, and Works. I’m literally gaining flexibility, strength, endurance it’s incredible. Mind you this is with me having multiple injuries from the Marine Corps. I have learned I never needed that gym anyway.
On top of that, I have started to cultivate a Facebook Fitness group where anyone is welcome to come to join us. I set Bootcamp challenges to get everyone motivated and active.
