    October Networth 2020

    November 6, 2020

I want to explain why I do a monthly net worth update.

    • Keep me accountable
    • Track my journey
    • Prove that anyone can become a millionaire
    • Prove that FIRE works

Another month and I’m still inching my way closer to FIRE! Stay consistent and keep investing like it’s going out of style.

    Income

    This month I made $7,924.

    Expenses

    Expenses total right at $3,871.

    Savings

This month I saved $5,631 which is right around a 65% savings rate. This is what I call winning!

    • $1,014 ROTH TSP (401K) Maxed it @ $19,500
    • $4,317 VANGUARD Taxable Account
    • $300 RV Principle (Not sure if I really consider this savings)

    Net Worth: $285,683

That is a +$4,800 gain since last month’s net worth update for September  was $280,883

This is where it gets a little sticky now. My net worth posted on Personal Capital in the sleek graph below is wrong. Still, have some of that crypto that would not link to Personal Capital. It also is showing my Nov 1st $3,907 paycheck so the net worth above is correct!

    Final Thoughts

I finally hit $300K for a few days and just like that the market went back down. Again I literally did nothing and I just kept investing like normal. It really cool to know that right now I have about $12,000 of passive income from my investments at a 4% SWR. It’s crazy how just a few short years I have seen incredible results in my life. Not just with growing my wealth but my overall health, focus, happiness, and fulfillment. The more you can invest the earlier the better off you will be and the more options and freedom you will have in life. This literally is a hard pill for some to swallow but it’s true. Start today if you have not your future self with thank you.

    Life

October was filled with exploring, adventure, and lots of puppy time. We love just doing free things and exploring. I’m incredibly blessed to have such a loving, beautiful soul to share my life with. So far I’m loving my new position at work. Way less stress, BS and no more getting harassed on a daily basis.

    Fitness

No gym, weights, or fancy gear going on 9 months! Follow my workouts here! I’m literally gaining flexibility, strength, endurance it’s incredible. Mind you this is with me having multiple injuries from the Marine Corps. I have learned I never needed that gym anyway.

I’m looking forward to seeing what November brings to the table with my finances, fitness, and journey. My wife is super hot, smart, and has a cute butt.

Hopefully, you enjoy these updates and it inspires you to keep going!
