Why Fitness?
It’s about time I start to write about my fitness journey. I mean it is part of the name of my blog lol. I feel words and pictures can only deliver so much when it comes to fitness for people. So I decided to create a Youtube Channel where I will share all my fitness stuff! Check it out here.

What Is My Style Of Fitness?
For me I enjoy and focus on a few things…
- Functional
- Endurance
- Body Weight
- Conditioning
- Flexibility
- Effectiveness
- Longativaty
For me, all my training is focused on the list above. It has too as this is very important to me. I could care less If I can bench press 500 pounds if I can’t run 4 miles without being exhausted, even though it sounds cool. I would rather be well rounded and healthy for the years to come.
I’m training to be a Functional Fit Warrior, not a gym bro!
No Gym No Fancy Gear Needed
You don’t need a gym or any fancy gear to be in the best shape of your life. I will show you how to get fit, stay healthy, and be the best version of you. No matter what that goal might be. You can achieve it! Check out my Friday Fit: Week 1 workout!
Today’s Workout!!!
This workout is a great conditioning workout! It’s two push-ups during the burpee also known as a “2-pump burpee” followed by an air squat also known as a “squat chaser”. This one hits the upper body and lower body at the same time. I bring this workout to you at my RV. Just you and some motivation are needed for this one.
As always make sure you warm up properly before the workout!
Hopefully, everyone enjoyed this workout stay motivated and get Fit Family!

Set realistic goals. Don’t promise yourself you’re going to work out for an hour every day, and then get down on yourself when you fall short. Stick with manageable goals you can achieve, such as exercising 20 minutes a day, three days a week for the first month. Remember why you’re exercising. Use your personal fitness goals as motivation, and reward yourself as you meet your goals.
